How to setup Auto Reply in MS Outlook 2003?. I need to set this for the mails
coming from external email accounts.

Thanks for the reply. But this I know. I want to set the this rule NOT to my
default profile but to the Additional Mailbox which I added. It is not
allowing me to set the rule. Could you pls help me on this?.

Rules work fine for all accounts usually. What specific issue are you
having?
Are you applying it to the "other" accounts?
Start from a blank rule and step through.

I could able to setup Auto Reply thru Server (auto reply works even when the
outlook is closed) but I am getting a blank reply with receipients subject
unchanged and no message body which I had saved while setting the rules. I
tried saving the server specific message is all formats (.txt, .oft, in rich
text, plain text and html) but no success. I have my own outlook profile
which is a default exchange account and I want to setup rules to an
additional mailbox account (recruitment) which I added to which if any person
mails shld get a Auto Reply.

The Outlook rule will only apply to your default Inbox. If you use any sort
of rule to move messages fist then you need to set the order of the rules to
apply the reply first.
I'm not sure on the type auto-reply you are looking for with another
Exchange folder added as you have.
As far as message format goes: it should be plain-text saved as an Outlook
Template.
I'd test the format and response on your Inbox first.
You might to repost here to see if someone with more knowledge of what you
are doing with Exchange can help.
