how to set up folders for different email accounts

I have two email accounts, one personal and the other work email. I want to
mail for each of the accounts to be stored in different Inbox. Is this
possible with outlook 2003. Both email accounts are pop3 accounts.

Sure. Set up another folder for your second mail account and then create a
rule to move all incoming messages on that account to your newly created
folder.
