How to set default DVD Region (zone)

Anyone has an idea of how to set the default DVD region in the pre production
Image? Maybe as Extra Registry Data in Target Designer?

I found the following MS article, but i dont understand how to mirror this
to my design.

Now the region is set according to the region on the first DVD that are
played on the hardware, i want to lock it to a certain region.

I have not tested any of this, but it following what is written in the
section "Initial Region Selection in Windows 2000/Windows XP" you
could create registry entries for what you know will be present, and
set them to a late phase. You could also use the sample code to write
an application that you execute and delete when the system is run.
