How to separate several accounts under exchange with outlook?

I have an exchange account and under my exchange account are two email
accounts. I've tried using rules but that only recognises my exchange account
as one and it doesn't see the two accounts under my one exchange account.

How do I make these two email accounts download into separate folders when
they are under the same exchange account?

What type of accounts are the other accounts?
What version of Outlook are we talking about here?

Well you said one was an Exchange account; what are the other ones? You can
check in Tools-> E-mail Accounts

Sorry I meant I have two email accounts under my one exchange account. The
email accounts under the exchange account is SMTP. I can't use rules as
outlook only recognises my exchange account as one whole account and doesn't
recognise that there are two accounts under my exchange account.
