How to send similar e-mails

I have to send the same format of message to the same
people each day i.e. they have the same to: CC: Subject
and body the only difference is that I attach a different
Excel file each time - how can I do this efficently?
 
Open a new message, fill it out with all the information that will be
repeated every day, then save it as an .OFT file to your hard drive. You
can pull the file up anytime and reuse it.
