how to send on behalf of, but not show my name...

Using outlook 2003
How do I send on behalf of a user, but the recipient only sees my name as
the sender not 'me on behalf of XXXX'?

Do you use exchange server? if so, tell the other user to ask the admin to
give you 'send as' rights. The admin does it from the server.
