I have Outlook 2003 with multiple POP e-mail accounts setup identically. I
would like to compose and send e-mails from each of those accounts
effectively changing the "From" field that the recepient would see. I know
the option to "send of behalf of" and changing the "reply to" field--that is
not what I want to do though.
Through my hours of testing this evening, I am able to accomplish my goal by
using the "Test Account Settings" button when you set up an account and also
by creating a new profile. There must be a way to circumvent this. In
addition, when I attempt to change the sender with the "Accounts" button (and
selecting my account) it resorts to a Yahoo account I had designated as a
default account. Yet, when I change the default account to another account,
the e-mails are still sent from that account. It's very quirky.
Can someone offer any help on how to do this? I've read many newsgroups
late into the night to no avail. I would appreciate any inisight; positive
or negative!
Thanks,
J
