how to send an email and store it in a folder?

I want to send a message and choose directly the folder(s) where this message
should be stored. Not in "Sent items" but in a specific folder I choose from
a list. Just like you have in Lotus Notes.
 
I don't think you can do that in Outlook. You can choose to not save it,
save it or have a rule copy it where you want.
