I'm not sure what you're asking exactly. You send email to email addresses -
are you talking about personal distribution lists in Outlook?

Please post by including a concise summary of your question in the subject
line, and the full details of your question in the body of your post. Always
include your version/mode/SP level of Outlook (from Help | About), what kind
of mail account(s) you use, and any other pertinent details.

I have Office Outlook 2003 and i have a mail to be sent to a big list of
email-IDs and i have them in a distribution list created by me. How do i do
that?

If they're in a distribution list in your contacts folder, just right-click
on the DL and address a new message, or use the To button (or BCC, better
still) to find the DL in your address book.

If you haven't created the DL yet, click on your contacts folder, click the
New button, choose Distribution List, and create it and add the addresses.

Note - as I said, BCC (blind carbon copy) is best as it doesn't expose all
the addressees to each other. Use your own email address in the TO field.
