how to see art when computer is X P

I have tried to download a program from msn, to see art,
all I get is this..
I need this program to do some pictures that are on my
computer and cannot get it to show them to me.
Please, please help me.
this is what I get for an answer from MSN, am I doing
something wrong ?
I am new to computers but not Totally "Blonde" !

Files with the .art extension are AOL files and have nothing to do with MSN
or XP. You might be best off asking AOL what you need to open the files.
