How to save Windows Updates ?

I am downloading about 48MB of new Windows security updates. I'm using the
"automatic" thing where they run a scan from their website via an actitve-x
control or something like that. Is there a place I can find the downloaded
updates after they are installed ? Or do I have to download them separately
to save them ? There are about 27 different updates included in this massive
download.

Thanks for any help.
