HOW TO SAVE E-MAILS INTO A DISKETTE OR CD

Hey, I need your help.
I changed my computer but I need to get my saved e-mails
at Outlook Express in my new computer.
How can I save them and put them in the new computer??

If you know how to do it please let me know, it is very
important!!
