how to save a form template in Access

I have created a form design in Access that I would like to use as a template
- how do I save the form I created so that I may select it as an option in
the "Create Form using Wizard"?
 
You cannot add the form to the Wizard, but you can nominate it as the form
to base other forms on under:
Tools | Options | Forms/Reports | Form Template

Alternatively, you can create another form like it by copying and pasting in
the Database window. This article suggests that technique:
