how to run xp and 98se together

i am running windows xp(home)on my hard drive(master)and want to install windows 98se onto my hard drive(slave) but xp says i can not install 98se while xp is running i do not want to format my hard drive(master) so can anybody help me?

thanks helped me a bit hard drive is not fat32 but ntfs

Go into your bios and see if can set it to boot to D: and you'll all
set. When you do that, your "d:" drive will become your C: drive until
you change the boot order back in the bios.
