How to run rule at later time?

Is there a way to run a rule at a later time? For example, say I want
emails to stay in my inbox so I don't have to run around to various custom
folders reading emails from certain people (because I've setup rules to move
emails into custom folders if they are from certain people). I'd like that
rule to run but maybe a day or two later. This will give me time to review
it in the inbox - in one place. How can this be done (macro, rule, etc?)

If there is not automated way to create it, will creating one large rule
that is actually based on many scenarios work? I would run this rule every
two days or so. Or click a macro to do it and save some clicks.

you can use "Run Rules now". Create a Task to remind you to do it every few
days.
