How to run an aplication that needs to use Real Dos Mode

I have a PC with OS W-2000, I have an aplication that
needs to run in real DOS mode, but every time I try use
the cmd option to run the aplication. I receive the
message, this is not a Real Dos Mode.

What can I do?

From easiest to hardest
1 Boot from a bootable DOS floppy disk
OR
2. Find another PC that has DOS/Win98 or WinME
OR
3. Set up Dualboot on the PC you have.
