how to reverse text

I am trying to print text on to transfer paper to iron on a tee-shir
and need to know how to reverse the letters so when Ironed on, the
will be facing the right direction. For example the letter R needs t
face the opposite direction

Word itself doesn't have any feature that does this. Depending on your
printer, you may find an option for it in the printer driver. Open the
Print dialog and click the Properties button next to the printer name.
Look through the resulting dialog (which is created by the printer
driver, not by Word) for an option that mentions "mirror image" or
"tee-shirt" or "transfer".
