Are you trying to do this from a web page? If so, you will have to
embed a control of some kind on the client which is given the appropriate
security rights to browse that information.
I recall you asking about uploading files to your website, which is what
makes me assume you are doing it from a webpage.
You might want to consider a dedicated client to upload the files you
want.
