how to retrive administrator pass word

I have used a boot disk found at this site
http://home.eunet.no/~pnordahl/ntpasswd/bootdisk.html to successfully reset
the administrator password. The only one that I have tried it on was an XP
home edition, but it should work from XP Pro all the way down to NT4.
