How to retrieve delted emails?

I am currently using XP pro with outlook express 6 I was
wondering is there anyway to retrieve an email that has
been deleted from the delted folders? is there somewhere
where I can go retrieve it/

The free program DBXtract can usually recover them. Read the instructions
on the web page, there are no help files with it. In the recover mode, "The
purpose of this mode is to recover messages that have been deleted from the
deleted items folder." It's not 100% but I've had some success with it.

How much money do you have to spend?

Have you had many emails since you deleted it? Have you
defragged, installed programs or done much that would write
data to the hard drive?

Outlook Express stores email in certain folders, coded and
not as individual files. It says permanently for a reason,
it would be difficult and expensive. AFAIK.

Yes I have had many emails but haven't defragged since or
installed programs As for the DATA not much at all.
