how to retrieve back the sent message in outlook 2003

Hi

Mistakenly I have sent a confidential mail to an unknown person.This message
should not viewed by the receipient. So is there any way to "retrieve back
the sent message in outlook 2003"

Hi,
only if you are using Exchange, and than its just 1% that it will retrieve!
 
open up outlook and go to your sent items folder and then select the mail
that you want to recall and then click on the actions menu bar and then
select the option recall this message but this would work only if the mail
has not been read by the other user and if its in his inbox
