How to restore the MDM.EXE from Win2K CD?

Hello!
I have deleted the MDM.EXE in \winnt\system32 becoase it
was infected by virus.I have tried the SFC command.But it
sounds like not to be a system file. How should I do?

I thing mdm.exe comes from MS Office installations
 
I remember that the SFC command in Win98 could
restore a certain file manually. Does this function
exist in Win2k?
