how to restore a computer to its original condition

i would like to know how i can take EVERYTHING (files, programs, etc.) off of
my computer, putting it back to where it was when i first opened the box.
There was no CD included with it to do this action. my computer is a Dell
Inspiron notebook. Help would be greatly appreciated!! thanks!!

Call Dell.
They provided you with a way.

They will be able to help you use that way - provided you have not lost
anything they originally gave you with the system you might need to do this.
