How to resend emails?

Sometime, email does not reach to the recipients because of problems with
their server. In that case, I would like to re-send the same email (from
"Sent Items" folder). How can I do it? I do not see any re-send button.
I use 98Outlook with WinXP-SP2. Satoshi
 
Open the message-> Actions-> Resend this message

It works. I have another related question. I use both OutlookExpress and
98Outlook, but mainly OE.
Since OE does not have "Resend the message" function, I am wondering whether
there is a way to resend emails from Sent Items fold in "Outlook Express"
using 98 Outlook. Satoshi

If it's there, it should be on the Action menu. You have to open the
message first.

You can export the Sent Items folder in OE to Outlook, but I don't know if
the Resend this Message action will be available, never having tried it.

I think OE is more convenient that Outlook. I need Outlook because of
address book.
If I can read newsgroup with 98Outlook, I would dump OE. Satoshi
