Hello,

I'm using Outlook 2003 with Windows XP.
How do I reply the Plain Text e-mail in HTML by default? This way I
don't have to change Plaint Text e-mail to HTML format every time I
hit reply on the e-mail. This is because I have so many e-mails I
have to reply.

Thank you for your input.

You'll have to do this manually. Note that they probably use Plain Text for
a reason.

Hello Roady,

Thank you for your quick reply.

The reason that the e-mail was set at Plain Text. It is because the
e-mail was forwarded, changed to Plain Text at our server.
I have no access to ask the network administrators to change the
e-mail to HTML, because it was by design.

I was hoping there is a option that I might missed in Outlook 2003
that will let me use HTML instead.

Thank you for your time.

Unfortunately I do not believe there is a way to accomplish what you are
trying to do from within Outlook. Outlook automatically replies using the
format of the original message.

there might be a 3rd party addin that will allow it, but outlook can;t do it
natively.
