How to Replace ? With Space

Dear Experts!

I have a data like Below mentioned
Hardeep?kanwar
Hardeep?kanwar
pai kanwar?
renu kanwar
pai?Kanwar

Now i want to Replace ? mark with Single Space

I try Ctrl+H
Find What: ?
Replace With: Space
but Delete the All the Data

Pls help me

Hi,

Excel is teating ? as a wildcard so to make it a literal character used a
tilde

search for ~?

=substitute(a1,"?"," ")
