No, they don't. But you can expand the file from your XP cd. You should
boot to your XP cd and after the first menu screen loads, hit "R" to repair,
and then "C" to use the Recovery Console. It will then ask you which XP
installation you want to log onto. Your choice is most likely 1 so hit "1".
It will then ask you for your Administrator password. Enter the password or
just hit enter for none. At the prompt, type "expand d:\i386\ntio.sy_
c:\windows\system32". If your XP is installed in c:\winnt, use "winnt" in
place of "windows" in the command line. Reboot after the file has been
expanded.
If your computer will not boot to a cd, you should change your boot priority
order in your BIOS setup. Set your cd drive above your hard drive in the
boot priority list in the boot section of the BIOS. Consult your computer
user's manual or refer to your screen at bootup for the key to hit to enter
BIOS setup. Most computer BIOS's user F1, F2, F10, or DEL. Hit the correct
key just after turning on your computer or at the first screen you see.
