Rename the "Windows" folder on that drive to
"Windows.gone", then wait a few days to make
sure that all is well before deleting the renamed
folder for good.

Are you talking about an XP service pack on your second hardrive or the XP
operating system ?

Let us know ?

Hi, I'm talking about how to remove the whole XP on my slave hard disk which
i had installed and not the one on my main hard disk.

Download the floppy from the hard drive manufacturer's web site. Stick
it in your computer. Boot. Follow the directions and wipe the disk
completely.

I would personally just format the drive, goto My Computer, right click on
the drive and select format.

Please make sure their is nothing on this drive that is required by yourself
or for the computer to function properly before formatting.

That would format it but what I suggest would allow you to partition it
as well.

Hi, Your sugestion "Rename the "Windows" folder on that drive to
"Windows.gone", then wait a few days to make sure that all is well before
deleting the renamed folder for good.", does it completely remove XP from the
hard disk cause i am just deleting a folder.

Thanks
