reboot your pc press the del key to get into the bios set up the bios so
that the machine will boot from the cd first pop in your windows xp cd
reboot the machine select format the hard disk when prompted you will of
course lose all information on the hard disk there will be nothing left you
will have to install a new operating system and restore all data from
backup. Ah, how easy it is to read a paragraph with proper punctuation!

lol.. in my early days of learning to write, I was always told to read
through what I had written and add the appropriate punctuation.. a comma if
there was more to come or to isolate an aside, and a stop (period) if I had
finished a statement.. if for some reason I had omitted to put the correct
punctuation in, the teacher would read my work back to me without taking a
breath or pausing appropriately based on my interpretation of the correct
use of commas and periods.. I learned quickly.. I am, however, reliably
informed that students are not overloaded by having to learn about
punctuation these days, and that the importance of a written statement is
entirely down to content alone.. one has to wonder what a reader would make
of Tolstoy's 'War and Peace' if the book had all punctuation and upper case
letters removed..
