How to remove websites from the toolbar

I have now got a list of websites from IQ Test to Java
programs on the Tools menu on the IE toolbar... I Also
cant get rid of thease programs off my available toolbar
buttons list. could someone tell me how to remove thease
from both...

I Also have this same problem and don't have a clue how
to get rid of them.
