How to Remove the RE: and FW: from subject line?

I have a User that for some reason does not want the RE and the FW to
automactily get added to the subject line when she replies or forwards and
email. I know don't ask why but i said i try to help her.
 
It's an email standard; going against this established standard will
just confuse the recipients.
 
We should remove this email standard. RE and FW is fully unnecessary and no one will get confused and this is just a conversation. RE and FW disturbs me too much.
