How to remove the Find value

After I use the FIND tool in word the value stays there
until I restart my PC. I use the double arrows a lot to
go back and forth between pages but after using FIND the
ability to move between pages is replaced with the FIND
function. Is there a way to stop this or clear the FIND
value?

Click the "Select Browse Object" button (circle in the middle) and select
the top right option (Browse by page) and you are back to normal. The
benefit of this option is once you initiate a "Find", you can close out the
dialog box and use the up and down arrows to "Find". Just got to turn it
off when you're done!
