I am runnng Outlook 2002 SP3. Since installing SP3, I have had problems
with both ACT! and Norton Antispam. I have uninstalled and reinstalled
Outlook, but SP3 is still there.

How do I get rid of it?????

Thanks,
Mike

I wouldn't downgrade but check for updates at ACT! and Symantec and query
them whether they support Outlook 2003 SP3. When they do they should be able
to help you. When they don't; ask them why!

Anyway, to get rid of an Office Service Pack you must remove the full Office
Suite from your computer and then install from CD again and update it with
SP2 and additional hotfixes.

-What do the Outlook Icons Mean?
-Create an Office 2003 CD slipstreamed with Service Pack 1

Roady,
I have received the upgrade from Symantec....and the problem still persists.
And, I even experience it in Outlook Express! When I try to reply to you
directly (rather than to the group) I get a message that says a "Program is
Trying to Access Outlook Addresses" and asks if I want to allow it.

So, I think the problem is with SP3....not with 3 other applications, one of
which is a Microsoft product.

Any ideas???

Thanks!
