how to remove search engine that always there

I'VE GOT A SEARCH ENGINE (WEB-SEARCH) I DON'T WANT ANYMORE BUT I CAN NOT
REMOVE IT.WHAT I DO TO FIX THIS PROBLEM.THANKS EDDIE

Sorry. This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears
your question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to
find someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup
devoted to your subject. In this case you web browser. Be sure to tell
them what version you are using. What version of Windows operating system
as well might not hurt.

It appears that Microsoft's misleading help system has tricked you
into posting this question in the technical support newsgroup for the
database program Microsoft Access. Please find a more appropriate
newsgroup, one for your particular browser software (IE6 I'd guess).

You may have what's called "Spyware", which very often disguises
itself as a "search assistant". Connect to http://www.lavasoftusa.com
and download "AdAware"; the personal edition is free. It should be
able to remove this unwanted program from your system.
