how to remove program from windows start menu

I installed Wirless network adopter. I am trying to
uninstall the program. I did from the add/remove
programs. but still i see the icon at the bottem of my
screen.

How do i remove the program from windows 2000 os for
good ?

Go to program files and delete it from the start up folder
