How to remove hidden/system file from backup HD

In safemode, the F drive for my desktop backup HD does not appear.
How do I use Admin rights to remove the sys info vol, hidden/system
file from from Fdrive?

Correct.
I copied an unhidden/system copy of the Sys Vol Info folder from the C
drive to the F drive. When it asked for Admin password and I used the
'correct' password, it copied the folder to F drive without a problem.
I then could delete the un-hidden/system folder from F drive.

Cockpit problem with the password.
