How to reinsert a program in the "Start All programs" list?

Wanting to organise the list that appears when I click Start All Programs, I
moved one program out of it by mistake and it is now standing on my desktop.
Would someone know how I can reinsert it in? Thank you in advance for your
suggestions.-- ah

right click on the file and cut it then go to your hard drive, should
be drive c.
C:\documents and settings\folder with your name on it\start
menu\programs
then paste the file there that you cut from the desktop
