How to redirect to specified page while restricted site opens up???

Hye,
I have enabled content advisor in my IE 6.0, and restricted some
web-sites... Now how can I redirect the browser to one specified page while,
this kind of restricted sites are opened???

Is there any way??/

If you have any idea, please let me know...

You can only have one Content Advisor. If you want to see sites that have
been blocked for good reasons then you must remove it.
Renaming the ratings.pol file to ratings.old may be looked into. Make sure
you rename it back to protect the innocent.
