How to recover file deleted from the Recyle Bin?

By misteake, I deleted the files even from the Recycle
Bin, which is very very important to me, Please tell me
how to recover them?

First step is to IMMEDIATELY stop using the pc in question. Then use a
recovery program that runs off a floppy disk.
