How to read SAM file

I like to know if there is any command or any software to read Security
Account Manager file Im really in need of it.( i dont want to change it just
reading it)

Better not, it is hashed (scrambled) for security reason and not to be
messed with, you can unscramble it by a third party and compile and decompile
but is a messy job the least to say stay away from it.
Hope your mind rest in peace.
