How To Quickly Switch MS Office Programs

Hello to all -

I know there is a way to quickly switch from Microsoft Office programs
but I don't know how. There's a little box that appears with the
MS Office Icons that you can switch from when working in
multiple programs within the suite. What is that command?

Im running XP Pro on a Dell Inspiron notebook.
