Can anyone tell how, if there is a way to put a bullet in the middle of a sentance. I have searched the web and the help section with no luck

Insert symbol - select the required bullet character.

Hi Jennifer: Click in the spot you want your bullet, then open the Windows Character Map (Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools >Character Map). Pick one of the dingbat fonts (windings, etc) and find a bullet you like. Copy/paste the bullet in the spot where you need it.

Jennifer,

I think the generally accepted usage of a "bullet" is to highlight an item
in a prnted list. I sounds like you just want to insert some variety of
symbol between words in a sentence. Place your cursor and Insert>Symbol.
You should find something to suit in the wingdings font.
