How to print file path in footer as default option for all files?

Every time I go to print format option and make a custom footer containing
the file path. Can I make this a default option?
 
File, page setup, click the header/footer tab, click footer and the second
line tells you about the path the icon to click is the one that look like a
folder.
 
i think i read that wrong, record a macro that does it and store it in your
personal workbook. This is what i got and it worked for me
