How to prevent Word-2000 open a new window for each document

How do I prevent all those word windows open ?
I would prefer to have all documents in the same window.

(In Excel-2000 there it is done in this way : Tools / Options / View :
Uncheck "Windows in Taskbar".)

Hi Helge,

CompuServe has been playing games with their file servers. The file was at
http://forums.compuserve.com/script...iewFile&SRV=MSOfficeForum&FID=3675&FVF=1/.ZIP
as recently as a few months ago, but now I'm getting an error message on
that address, too.

I think I have a copy of the template somewhere on my home PC. If I can find
it, I'll mail it to you.
