how to play enhanced video clips from music cd

i have purchase a couple of 'enhanced' music cd's that have video clips on them but cannot seem to play the clips have downloaded media player & quick time but can only hear audio track not able to view video can anyone help???

It's possible that the correct codec/s are not installed. Search
http://google.com for a "codec finder" that determines what codec is
needed, to play a particular file, and if it's installed.

If not, locate it via Google, and install. Often http://www.divx.com has
the needed codec.
