How to personalize emails to multiple recipients?

Hello,

I'd like to "personalize" emails I send to many recipients. That means easy
things like having the recipients in some format db or Excel and then send it
too all of them with having everyone addressed like "Dear John" etc. Is there
any option I could do that with, like using fields or something?

Thanks for your help
Thomas

Thanks, that was actually what I was looking for. I just didn't have a look
to the help for mail merge as it was not included into the Tools menu until I
chose Word to edit messages.

I do it with Easy Mail Merge for Outlook. It is an add-in for Outlook.
Just start the wizard session, chose the email receivers and compose
your email. When you send the email all your chosen recipients will
receive the email like you've send a single email. And it
automaticaly takes contact names and address them with a welcome that
you chosed and automaticaly put the welcome message in email. It has
also other personalization features.

You can find it here:
