Hi! This is a cool service! My question is--I am trying
to copy a worksheet to several more worksheets, but when I
just simply copy and paste I get the default heights and
widths. How do I copy and paste without losing these
personalized widths and heights? Your help is
appreciated. Thanks, shannon

Shannon,

Welcome to the newsgroup.
This isn't a "service" though. It's rather a group of individuals
that enjoy sharing their knowledge to help others.
For more on the ng's, take a look here:
http://www.cpearson.com/excel/newposte.htm

What is a good "service" is the Google archives where
all of these posts are archived for all to view. Almost
any question that could be asked in the ng's has
already been asked (and answered) including your
question.
You can find the Excel ng's in Google here:
http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF-8&group=microsoft.public.excel

Now to your specific question, to copy and paste formats
too, you have to highlight the entire columns or rows
(not just the data). For the entire sheet, click on the blank
box just to the left of the "A" and just above the "1".
That will select the entire sheet.
Now try your copy and paste.

Sharon, if you are trying to copy the complete sheet you can do that by
right clicking the sheet's tab and selecting "Move or Copy...". You can
copy to a new sheet or even a new workbook. Make sure you tick the create a
copy box.
