How to paste a value in locked text control

Hi all,

I've a requirement in a form where it contains a text box which should
accept paste (ctrl+v key) only.

Can any one share your thoughts and ideas to fullfill my requirement which
will be appreciated?

Thanks Paul for your response.

Along with keyPress event I had Change event also.
For Ctrl+V it is not firing KeyPress event where it directly firing Change
event.

Hope you got my point.
