How to pack presentation as a single file (self-executing)

How doI do this? I want to be able to pack the presentation and run it
on any pc independently of the powerpoint program. (with all the sound
files etc included)

Is there a third party program that can do this?

There is a first party program that does it, depending on the version. What
version of PowerPoint are you running on your machine?
