In Outlook 2003, if I have several POP3 Email accounts, can I set each
account so emails sent to that account are downloaded directly to a dedicated
folder/inbox for that account. And then a different folder/inbox for the
next account and so on...??

I know you can create a new "data file" but it seems that I can't assign a
different "data file" for each account.

Please tell me I am wrong. If so how can I do this???

Hi,
you dont need to create different data files for each account
You can create new folders under your inbox f.e. "Inbox A", "Inbox B" a.s.o.
After that create rules that all incomming mails from account A move to
Inbox A a.s.o.
